I am the Douglas R. Jamieson Associate Professor of Business in the Finance Division at Columbia Business School. I study financial intermediation, asset pricing, and macro-finance, with a particular focus on non-bank financial institutions and their impact on asset prices and the real economy. My work connects financial intermediation with broader areas including asset management, debt and credit markets, and market structure. 

I received my PhD from the Joint Program in Financial Economics at the University of Chicago.
